The managing activities of a friend is controlled by the manager who in turn could be the boss or a hired boss by another bigger authority in a particular firm, the job of a manager is important to a business environment because he or she leads coordinates, manage, lead facilitates, and also cooperate, and motivate, his workers, staffs, employees etc. In hiring a manager it is important to seek out leadership roles first,it is also important to look beyond the person's CV or certificate of degrees acquired by the individual, if he does not possess leadership roles of an entrepreneur he or she might in turn not be a very good manager. In areas of leadership and entrepreneur and a manager must be very calm, straight to the point and approachable, by his employees he should not be too friendly although it is ok to be friendly but being too friendly will bring on necessary gossip from unlookers and also the employees might take him for granted thereby leaving some jobs on done on the table.
