Barbecue business is getting popular across several regions of the world. The spice, smoky meat business is a weekend and evening delight in many places. But what factors determine the success of a barbecue business?

1) Location: Your barbecue business has to be visible. It is necessary that it is located beside a major road with easy access for it to succeed.

2) Unique flavour: Your barbecue must have a unique taste and flavour that can only be gotten from your barbecue.

3) Side attractions: Make sure to not neglect other side services that can attract people to buy your barbecue. You can add grilled plantain and jollof rice to your barbecue offerings.
 
Everything you mentioned is topnotch you have to be good at what you do, hygiene must be 100% if possible. If you have a good location, an open space that will be great too. The thing is those selling this in my area and not innovative enough. Do you know people can even place order while you deliver. You don't think like anything meat, no matter the method of processing. When you talk about barbecue my mind quickly flies to road side mallam. If necessary upgrades are made, that's a lucrative business.
