It is always very congratulated and commended when employees exhibits and reflect ethical behaviours which totally is admired and suitable for them to understand and also to accomplish expected business goals and objectives. But even with that, we cannot neglect the many majority of employees who still exhibit unethical behaviours and attitude in their places of work which somehow could be a threat to other employees working in the same environment, some of this on ethical behaviour and attitude exhibited by most employees include bullying, arrogance, lying, dishonesty, overconfidence, unaccountability, and insulting etc . Behaviours like the ones listed above is considered not to ever be part of a business employee because there was so much either him or her from accomplishing expected business goals and objectives and also they would obstruct him or her from carrying out his or her daily responsibilities and duties.
One of the main reason why some employees and workers display unethical behaviours and attitudes in their workplaces is due to the fact because they lack a reasonable and effective home training session. And just like we are always taught that "good and ethical behaviours begin at home". Sometimes they choose to display unethical behaviours in the workplace so as to earn a name for themselves. Business employers and superiors shouldn't be dumbfounded and unresponsive when they notice that a particular employee is acting illicitly and abnormally, far from the way a good business or organizational employee or worker should act and behave .
