Winter is upon us. In the winter season, there are some special ways to keep the body healthy and to protect it from the cold. The winter season is slowly moving towards north.

Citizens have started moving to open areas with some cool air in the evening. It's getting cold. It also affects humans, animals and plants. You usually eat less food in summer, which increases appetite in winter.

Even hard work in winter is less than physical. Everyone needs to take care of their health this season. So, you should learn how to take care of yourself in winter.

The best thing we need to do during this period of time is to try as much as possible to protect ourself from having cold and infection that comes with the winter season. Eating of balanced diet can really help because it will strengthen our immune system we should always not expose ourselves to direct cold or wind
