Mid-term goals are one of the most important things you can do to make sure your business is on track. Why? Because mid-term goals help you measure yourself against your business, so you can see how well you're doing and adjust accordingly.

Mid-term goals also help keep your business moving forward when it's a little too easy to get stuck on one thing, or too difficult to move past another. It's important to have mid-term goals because they help guide you toward where you want to go long term, but they don't necessarily have to be tied to short-term financials.

For example, if your company is making $100 per month from commissions but the average commission rate for all their clients is only $50 per month. you might say that it's not worth it for them to continue paying for commissions (and therefore pay for everything else). But if your client base increases over time by 10%, then paying for commissions would be worth it.

Mid-term goals help you:

1. Keep track of your progress toward your long-term goals. You can't plan anything if you don't know what you're trying to accomplish, so knowing where you're at in relation to your mid-term goals is crucial.

2. Stay motivated when things get hard. It's easy to lose steam when things aren't going as planned, but having a mid-term goal that challenges you keeps you energized and focused on what matters most your long-term success!

3. Stay on track with your time management skills because mid-term goals help you prioritize tasks so that you don't spend too much time doing unnecessary things like looking for new information or searching for answers online when there's work waiting for you on your desk!
