Why We Should Take Breakfast

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, what you eat in the morning is what sets the tone of your day. Starting off the day with nutrients rich breakfast allows you to power through and make better decisions during the day. Skipping of breakfast us depriving your body it essential nutrients and it will leave you feeling lethargic, messed up blood sugar levels and even crate brain fog. Men who skip breakfast are more likely to have attack at their old age from 40 years. And ladies who skip breakfast are more likely to have type 2 diabetes.

Eating breakfast makes you happy for no reason. A nutrient dense breakfast increases concentration, lowers the chances of developing diabetes, manages cholesterol and keeps you chipper. You should avoid processed foods like sausage, bacon etc for breakfast as they are not health and full of fat.

Eat breakfast like a prince even though you can eat your dinner as a slave says the adage. Breakfast is like the fuel that our bodies need to drive us around for a day. The rate of metabolism in the night is very fast meaning we might have used up or more of the glucose and other nutrients that the bodies stored before the dawn. Therefore, we need to refill our bodies in order to be energized to do the daily activites.

Break fast as the name implies is the first food in the morning. This is why it should be energy dense since it will be what can help keep us filled and energized in the morning. I don't think it will ever be nice to skip breakfast in the morning. Instead a light break fast should be taken but with enough nutrients to help body
