You need to know how much protein you need to include in your diet per day, because it is the source of your physical strength. So, your diet should be based on that, and that alone is good for your health.

The need for protein varies from person to person based on age, gender, lifestyle, and physical activity. In view of that, children, adolescents, pregnant women, and nursing mothers need more protein. Increasing the need for protein for the unhealthy is also necessary.

Protein is needed to regulate inflammation in body tissues and produce new tissues. So, it is better to know your needs and adjust your eating habits accordingly. To find out how much protein you need per day, you can consult your doctor.

Protein is one of the most important balance diet in the classes of food.You will observe that there is no food you will consume that will lack proteins.It is very good for the body system to grow well.it build the immune system and Help the white blood cells to function very well.it also fight some diseases in the body

Protein is a vital nutrient that is needed in our body as it helps in reducing the risk of certain diseases and it is always good to eat food that is rich in protein at least like three times in a week as it is very important to our health
