I will use Nigeria as a case study. Some people got lucky but so many are already discouraged when it comes to hunting jobs online. They submit several CVs and applications but no call up. This make them wonder if there were real jobs anywhere at the first place. There are jobs maybe less vacancy but there are vacancies. The thing is, so many applications are screened out automatically even before getting to the admin or HR. Corruption aside, each job or so many job have their rules or requirements some they would give to you but the rest is your quiz, you are to find out by yourself or by grace, they aren't written on paper.Those days, when your WAEC has two sittings, you might be screened out, title or headline missing the keywords, yet to go for Nysc, not willing to relocate, you are screened. Trivial things like this aside from corruption or absence of connection is the reason why so many applicants get frustrated at the end

People don't get invited for interviews for numerous reasons. This is why it is always good to find out when you are rejected from HR what you didn't do right . So that you can stop doing it. Some jobs have their rules or requirements which one have to strictly follow or else you would not have the opportunity to get invited.
one can screened out if the correct title or headline is missing and maybe doesn't match with the keywords.
