One of the reasons why nowadays we do not see a lot of skilled business manager and skilled personnels who are possibly establishing businesses today is possibly because there is a difficulty for business schools and institutes of education to pass sufficient and adequate knowledge of business to students as well as apprentice who are interested in business management and administration. Due to the lack of facilities and to the improper facilitation of these business schools and institutes, this is definitely causing them to be inefficient and ineffective in building strong and effective business managers and administrators who are going to be the leaders of tomorrow's businesses.

Government inconsistency is also considered to be another factor affecting the business schools and colleges of education. Majority of government owned business schools and colleges of education have totally felt the inconsistency of government in their welfare and that is why they are totally inefficient in bringing out the best business students and graduates of business administration's.
