Medical insurance are becoming more and more Expensive this days and no matter where you go in the world, Medical care will never be free. Someone somehow has to pay for it directly, indirectly or through tax assessment. These are the reasons why health insurance is becoming expensive this days:

Healthcare is costly, so you need alot of paying clients to cover a couple of debilitated customers. So the thought of Insurance agencies to work out, they would have to flat out huge client base. That way they would have huge number of customers paying for couple of patients .

Medical clinics realised that when they submit their claims to your own insurance agency, the organisation will deny those cases and will not pay for the exact clinic charges and therefore the health insurance cost goes high.

Drugs organisations know when exactly to lower or rise the price of the medications since they are the manufacturers of the drugs and it's not possible for anyone to do anything about it. Also when hospitals receive this medications at a costly price, that's when the insurance strikes high.

To add it out plainly the insurance companies, the Hospital and the Drugs manufacturing companies makes health insurance expensive to maintain for everyone.

Hmm, health is expensive that's why life is more valuable, we don't have to risk it for anything cos we can't get it back.

For those who insure their health through the health insurance company have every chance to recoup all they spent for when they the contract agreement goes as planned. At times we do it cos this life is full of uncertainty in the future it will be useful.

Some even insure both their children in order to enjoy its future benefits of it.

Anything related to health care is always high up there so I’m not surprise about its health insurance. So it is left for anyone that understands the health benefits in future to either sign on or not. but I will advised anyone that has the money and knows the benefits to pay no matter the cost

Yes you are right. It is also important for parents to insure health insurance for their children till they reach 25 years old for their own health protection. However, this days very few hospitals allow health insurance cover and most people are forced to go to private hospitals because the public hospitals are either not accepting further insurance or they are not doing insurance at all.

That's just it, they know the benefits that's why the insured both their children via insurance. Knowing too well that the future holds the benefit of that, that's why we ought to take insurance serious when the funds are there. No one holds this life, that's why we go into insurance company to insure our lives so they'll cover our lives and children via insurance.

I do not think health insurance is expensive. Considering the benefits you get from your health insurance plan, the premium you pay for the insurance is very nominal. In our country, by paying $25 per year, we get coverage for up to $1000. You can make a comparison between what you pay and what you get.

Health is wealth as a saying!!we are what we eat and it's quite unfortunate a lot of people don't take care of their health and if such people break down, more money will be charged as a health bill because a lot of ailment will be diagnosed on them.Health insurance company is quite different from every insurance company because they deal with health.

You're right dear. Since we get such hefty amount of cover for the lowly amount of money we spend for one year it isn't expensive either. Those who are insuring themselves and their family knows the acute reason for that. They have look up and saw the need for insurance that's why they insured their life and property too cos no one who knows the future.

I don't agree with you. Countries like USA are struggling with health insurance. They find health care being so expensive and most of them say that health insurance doesn't cover even a quarter of their illness expenses. And even some Africans there are hospitals that don't have the offer of health insurance. To the majority health insurance is expensive, as some don't even have the privilege to have it.

In my own opinions we all know that anything about health or medical issues is always high up and very expensive especially in Private owned hospitals
But the government are doing thier best to get us covered with health insurance
The new introduced NHIS which is for government workers as example helped a lot of people and even state government are introducing health insurance to thier citizen

Health insurances is mostly expensive due to two factors. The first one is that health emergency or situations most times occur very frequently. Another good reason is the fact that healthcare management in itself is very expensive. If you will want to receive sound health care then it is almost always likely that you are going to spend a lot of money.

Naturally, maintaining one's health is very expensive. The facilities to cater for the health issues are as well very expensive. We should not forget that most diseases are easily transmitted which makes the medical personnel prone to being infected. All these plus other factors make the health insurance to be expensive.

Exactly, health insurance is indeed expensive because of those factors you've listed above plus. Due to the fact that private hospitals have increased and arise because if the public hospitals sometimes becoming almost full or poor facilities especially in my country, therefore health insurance becomes even more expensive.

Taking care of one's health is something that will demand so much capital and this is why insurance companies make sure that they charge their clients very high amount of money should in case a situation occurs in the future that will make them to spend so much on one particular individual.
