I happen to have worked in an organization with similar settings,it's not out of place for older employees to earn higher, you need to consider first that you can't buy experience, you can only earn experience. Try to put yourself in the shoes of older employees, how comfortable will it be, and lastly to maintain sanity amongst workers.

Most organisation pay you begin your qualification and your experience it doesn't matter whether you are new or old but because of your qualification you can be paid more and you can earn more irrespective of your age or your time in that organisation. However sometimes most organisation please based on your experience the long time you have spent with them your achievement in the job.

Experienced workers know their worth and you will never see them settling for less because they know what they bring to the table. Companies and establishments know this as well so the ones that value quality over quantity would go for them no matter what the cost could be while the ones that do not care would rather settle for cheap labour. Although, in some cases, experience doesn't mean the work is or will be good at the job.

Hiring a skilled labour with all necessary skill set goes a long way in helping a newly established business archive their goals at start of the business and in the long run.

Click to expand...I don't think so since the business is just starting off and what I know is that the expenses or liability should be on a low key because without that the business might not be financially bouyant as it should be. So new established business need to pay less to it's new workers

Experience is the father of creativity. When we acquire a certain skill and build it to a stage of satisfaction, gathering lots of experiences during the course, we will be highly effective compared to who is a fresh beginner or totally new to the line of interest. With a simple illustration, who would you give your material to ; a new apprentice or an experience designers?

Experience employees are most likely to earn more in any place they found themselves or in any business enterprise or organization, because they have the skills and the necessary prerequisites to be employed with and is needed in the growth and development of the business organization. The more experienced an employee is the better the skills of the individual and the more specialized that employee will be in that particular field that person found him or herself.

It is a global practice for experienced employees to earn higher than inexperienced employees because of the wealth of professional expertise the experienced employee has to offer which will benefits the company more than the inexperience employees. The cost of training inexperienced employees is an additional cost to the company pocket which they might not likely to be able to afford since the company is a newly established ones. And experienced employees comes in with ideas and innovations and they can work without being supervised. Inexperienced employee cannot work without supervision and the time and resources dedicated to supervise them can be directed towards something else.

The reason why experienced staff earn so much is not so far fetched. Companies look out for people with a considerable number of years in a particular specialization. These experiences however, are not thought in schools. But it could be gathered through years of service, hardwork and dedication. So companies want such. This means many people are out there to pay them big.

The reason is just straight forward because no one will want to hire someone that lack experience to do work and still expect to received a good pay while you are still learning. The reason why most business owner preferred experience workers is because they don't have to teach them the work again and because they will use their experience to booster the income of the company

This question has already been answered from the way the question is framed. What most most organizations pay for in employees is experience. No wonder when you see many job advert outside, they always emphasize the year of job experience. This is because experience is the best teacher. An organization tend to spend less on the experience worker that the inexperienced ones.

It is very obvious that the experienced ones in a work place are bound to earn hi her than the less experienced ones on the job, because we cannot compare the contribution or input an experience person will bring on the table, to that of an inexperienced person. So looking at that they should earn higher.

A newly established business should not try paying beyond it's net worth for staff salary budget as this will affect the financial capability of the business. The salary pay should be gradual.

The main reason why they earn in such a way is quite simple and straightforward
First is that the founder believe that experience workers will actually know what to,how to do and when to do things.
Second the founder will believe that they can handle any situation they find themselves.
And also it will ease the stress of the founder in trying to explain things on how the business run's to the non experience workers

According to my own point of view I believe experience employee in more in a new established firm because of their hard-working and also it is because the owner of that organisation once them to stay in order for them to help him build is organisation well, over here in Nigeria any new established firm needs experienced employee to help them boost the organisation to the next level and also to help them retain both new and old customer.

The reason behind this is very simple, they earn more because they are experienced, and money can buy experience literally, you can't compare an experience employee to the inexperienced ones because of what they bring to the table. Experienced workers knows what to do in every situation they find themselves, so the company hiring this kind of staff has no choice than to pay them more than the other staffs.

The reason behind this is not far fetched. Every business owner always wants to hire an experienced hand to help run the business together. This is why experienced employees are the most sought after as far as new companies are involved, they will also help the business to start on its leg and be able to remain strong over time. So, it's a psychological phenomenon, everyone wants a person who will improve their business or their company and they are ready to do anything possible to retain them.
