Why do women have to submit to men?

It is not accurate or fair to say that women need to submit to anyone. All individuals, regardless of their gender, have the right to autonomy and agency over their own lives and decisions. No one should be expected or required to submit to the will of another person.

The idea that women need to submit to men or to any other authority figure is rooted in toxic and outdated gender roles and power dynamics. It is based on the premise that men are superior to women and that women are inferior and should be submissive to men. This is not only wrong, but it can also be harmful, as it can lead to the oppression and mistreatment of women.

Instead of promoting the idea that women need to submit, it is important to recognize and respect the inherent dignity and worth of all individuals. This means treating everyone, including women, with respect and equality and empowering them to make their own choices and decisions.

It actually depends on how you look at it though. When they say women needs to submit to men or to their husbands, they are not saying they have to be slaves to them or it does not mean men are superior or women are not good enough, lets look at it in terms of marriage and Christianity. A Christian would tell you the wives need to submit to the husband, because the husband is the head of the home, but what that submit actually mean is that they should give due respect to the husband and also be a helper to the husband, its still the same bible that says a man who beats his wife is like beating himself, this actually proves that they are equal but simply have different roles to play, non is lesser than the other, that's why the same bible goes further to say when a man marries a woman, they become one. People who still think women need to totally submit, meaning they have no right of their own are completely wrong.
