Why Do Companies Offer Contract-Based Jobs?

There are many categories of jobs and the field of career is very vast. There are long term jobs and there are also short term jobs. Most of the short-term jobs are those kind of jobs that are actually contract based. This means that you must quite the company after a certain amount of time. We know that it does not matter to the company because a company can fire an employee any time and the contract does not really matter to them. So I would like to know why many companies form an agreement or a contract when they can fire the employee any time? How does it affect the company? Is it a kind of strategy just to attract candidates because they may think that the company cannot fire them?

In our country there is a law that mandates a company to hire contractual workers up to 5 months only. When the contract exceeds that period then the worker is automatically considered permanent in status. What companies do is to hire a worker for 5 months only and then rehire him after 1 month to evade the law.

It is normal contract based on Job because if company are just awarding contract to anybody then there will be a lot of abandoned Job because the people contracted are not specialist and such work will not be done well and accordingly. The best way is to give the work to someone who can handle it appropriately to avoid loss of fund
