Marketing is all about awareness, it's not about tricks or posing or any of bag of tricks, they might be a part but any product or service that rely on that will definitely go bust or lose the trust of its clientele.
Think about Apple, is one of the best companies in the World, they don't force anyone to buy their product, they just make it incredibly better and offer massive value to their customers and this in turn bring them billions of dollars in revenue, also think about all of the inntrusive ads you come across on websites and all of the click baits, did they make you purchase a service or a product? NO
So, Marketing is about building an incredible services or product and making people aware of it as simple as that.
