Domain selection is the first step to creating a website. A domain name is what people will use to find your site, and it must be memorable enough to stand out from the crowd. When choosing a domain name, you should take into account how many people will be searching for it.
The more relevant your domain name is to what you're selling or offering, the better chance you'll have of being found by potential customers. You should also consider how easy it is to remember; if customers can't remember how to spell or pronounce your URL, they won't be able to find you again when they're ready to purchase something from your business.
There are also other factors that can affect whether or not you rank well on search engines: - Keywords: Websites with keywords in their URL tend to rank higher than those without them because Google sees this as an indication that there's more content on the page related to those keywords than there would be otherwise; however, this isn't always true because sometimes people simply choose domains without thinking about whether or not it makes sense for their business model (such as using [company name] for a site about pets). - Length of yoyr URL should be considered too.
