What is the best breakfast for healthy living?

Any doctor will tell you that breakfast is the most important meal because the body came from fasting (overnight when we are asleep) and we need to fortify our energy with good food. When I was young the usual breakfast that I see is the fried egg and bread. That breakfast is still common until now that even in our home we have that breakfast once a week.

Don’t be surprised that the egg for breakfast is one healthy meal because the egg is a complete meal in itself. If you drink milk for breakfast then that is a plus for the egg. Some people may mention the cholesterol or the hypertension but a dietitian said that egg and milk are good if you do not have a health issue with your cholesterol level.

Eggs and milk are for sure a healthy breakfast, as both are extremely rich in protein and calcium. Nuts can also be a great addition to your breakfast. They are high in potassium, magnesium, and heart healthy monounsaturated fat. All three combined together, can give you a nutritional boost from the start of your day.

In western countries, people prefer egg ,milk and bread. But in my country located in Asia , we have Idli , Dosa or Chapati for breakfast along with a glass of milk. We have bread at evening sometimes , otherwise we have fruits at evening. Morning breakfast is important for especially growing kids who are yet to face the world.

Light food is very good for healthy living.it is advisable to eat noodles or cornflakes with milk.you can also boil egg to have a good and healthy living.breakfast is not what you eat to fill up all the part of your stomach.you can just take two slice of bread and coffee in the morning to mental stable life and good health.

Consuming of egg everyday is not even good, although it is not wrong to add them sometimes in your diet but people might decide to take some tea but this should also contains a lot of fruits such as carrots, cabbage and other favourite fruit you might be interested.. most times it depends on the body system of an individual.

U are right too much of egg is not good for the body because it doesn't digest easily

You can always drink tea it's good for the body.and also eat food that are rich in vitamins and food that has good nutrients.also eat fruit and veggies they are very healthy for the body.
