Well when such statement are made some people may think it a literal statement, like the business is either dirty or scatter, but this is not the main essence of making that statement, well every one start a business with a capital and it would not be nice if we misuse this capital, but instead we are expected to make more money that would boast the business to a prominent level.
Most times some business would be falling gradually but the person handling such business may not be aware because he or she may lack the need experience or knowledge to identify when a business is moving forward or not.
Making money is hard likewise managing a business to grow to it booming state.
Spending unnecessarily can be in effect spoil the growth of a business making it weak, which finally lead to it downfall if needs adjustment or not taken immediately this could cause regrets on the the part of the person running such business.
