I've hearing it time without numbers from friends and acquaintances that real estate investment is very profitable. I've been eager to know how to restart such an investment, thinking there is a particular course I need to study or a training season I need to undergo in order to be able to. Do this business. I don't actually know anything about it but I'm highly interested to something with it this year. What are those things involved in venturing into real estate investments. Is it only capital or there is a particular registration I need to make to start.

Want to start a real estate business, buy properties. Want to buy properties, raise funds, not $10,000 or $20,000 but hundreds of thousands. If you do not have that kind of money and still want to start in real estate business, become an agent. When you are rel estate agent, you can make money from real estate by brokering deal and you don't need money for that purpose.

In my humble opinion, you need knowledge to venture into real estate, I find Robert Kiyosaski's book 'Rich Dad, Poor Dad' an eye opener when it comes to real estate, he lay it bare and explained how real estate works, so you might want to check that and see if it's something you can click with, you also need to have money to venture into it properly, you can't buy a land or a house with a few thousands dollars you need to loaded.

Except if maybe you want to be a broker or an agent that would be connecting buyers and sellers, this way you would be able to make money by commision

Well real estate investment can be done privately in which you only have to buy a piece of land depending on the amount of money you have to invest in a profitable area or an area that is likely to develop in the future and allowed it to be for a long time for the price to appreciate before you sell it for profit, you can also decide to partner with real estate organisation that deals with buying and selling of properties.. you can also invest with them but I may not recommend this one if you don't have a large amount of money for investment. just a normal idea on how to buy a line is okay.. you can also partner with people that have understanding.
