These are truly the various means to checkmate the customer view about your product , I think survey is part of the most effective I have once conducted a survey to know the rating about a product that i was planning on advertising and it was conducted on a student campus zone to get the statistics , although things turned out well

As a business person my business is very well customer orientated that is why I do not take feedback lightly. Before I launch a new product in the market or improve on existing ones I always conduct a survey from my existing customers to know about what exactly they feel and what they are expecting.
