And don’t forget to move, find an activity that makes you happy for me it was running 20 mins doing just 10 mins weight training either upper or lower body and walking. This 100% worked I lost 7 kgs in 2 months (70kg to 63kg, my highest was 88kg) or if you want to be more flexible with your diet you can count calories and eat stuff that isn’t so “healthy” but I don’t recommend doing that a lot cuz they distract you from your weight loss mindset maybe trigger you to eat more, I recommend picking 1 thing that you really like and include it in your diet, to me it was choco pops I would sprinkle them on top of my chocolate yoghurt & in this way i filled the craving of my favourite food. Also, I drank before each meal usually 1 L of water and sometimes just 1 glass. And weigh yourself once every morning for the purpose of accountability but be aware that sometimes you do lose fat but you don’t lose weight due to different factors, the more that you weigh yourself daily the more that you understand what I mean. And finally, just give yourself love cuz she/he needs it, it’s already tough on it to lose weight all the stress and comparing and feeling insecure and frustrated it’s difficult, so love yourself tell it that she/he is pretty and strong and that you are proud of it and you love it. Believe me, the more you become peaceful with yourself the more that you’ll have a positive mindset and happy emotions all around you.
