Health is one of the most important things in your life. If you are not healthy, then you will never live a proper life. There are many people who focus a lot on physical health. While physical health is very important for you, many people often overlook the fact that mental health is equally important for you. This is why there are many health experts who tend to give many important tips and tricks to improve your mental health. One of the best ways to improve your mental health is by meditating. I find Sufi meditation as the best form of meditation where the person remembers Allah and finds peace of heart and soul.

Watching self-motivational videos on Youtube is also one of the best ways to boost your mental health because such videos could help you to build your willpower, focus, and motivation. Motivational videos also tend to help you when you are depressed. However, the best way to find mental peace is by doing Zikr meditation where you remember Allah. Finding a counselor or mental health professional could also be really helpful for you if you are feeling mentally upset. They might prescribe you medication if you need it.

It has relation to hereditary characteristics means if in your family someone was attempted by Alzheimer you may also be attempted. Doing mental exercises and practicing sports may delay the affection but not cancel it.

This topic reminds me of Naomi Osaka who is a popular and skilled professional tennis player. She was world #1 several years ago and I think she is still regarded to be in the top 3 in the world rankings. Anyway, in the last year's French Open tournament, Osaka refused to be interviewed by media after a game. Her reason is her mental health that is greatly affected especially when she is interviewed after losing a match. With her stubborn stand the tournament organizers warned her to be blacklisted so Osaka withdrew from the tournament. She didn't play anymore in the subsequent big tournaments to protect her mental health. Fortunately she is presently playing in the Australian Open (January 2022) and we hope that she had recovered.

There are so many ways we can improve our mental health, and in most cases, it is through the little things we least expect or see as not important. One way to improve your mental health is to stay positive, keep thinking positive things no matter the situation you find yourself. Another aspect is to expect notting from anyone. It would be difficult for you to get hurt or upset about someone who failed you when your mind was not on them in the first place. If they should fulfill their promises, then that's good but if they do not, don't think much about it, always be grateful for everything that comes way and be happy.

There are different ways a person can be able to boost their mental health and to me one of the best way a person can do that is to spend their times with friends or socialize in a gathering to meet new people and interact with them , this is just one of the best way to improve your overall health mentally.. There are things that might affect us emotionally and these are the things we are advise to stop or to avoid because it can lead to depression and something really serious if proper care and attention is not given.

If we can be able to avoid anything that can trigger bad feeling and emotion then we are likely to have a better and powerful mental health..

People getting a reasonable employment or being stable financially is another way a person can really improve their mental health because most people who are not employed will always be thinking of how to get employment and how to improve their life , that is why for us to get a good mental health at old age it is very important for us to work now to be stable financially.. money is very important in everybody's life nowadays.

To improve mental health is to start engage in daily excersise which can improve mental health. To improve mental health has to do with daily consumption of water early in the morning to deoxidize body infection and easy digestion to clean body for body constipation. These is way to improve mental health.
