The water is eliminated during the exhalation which implies that the body needs change according to the outside temperature. Water is above all a significant source of minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and sodium, which are essential in many reactions within the body.

The human body is sixty percent water and it plays key roles in heat regulation, digestion, waste filtration and respiration. As we have seen, the body uses water in many essential mechanisms. The kidneys perform a major role in filtration.

It is necessary to compensate for the loss of water. Therefore, it is recommended to consume daily between one and two litres of water out of which food water represents between twenty and thirty percent or approximately about one litre.

It is good to drink a lot of water. Water helps to flush out some of the toxic substance in the body system. If you are ready to consumer water daily you need to know that you will have to visit the toilet often because you will be urinating most of the time. if you know that this will not fit your lifestyle it is better to look for other ways to get rid of waste products from your body..

Averagely, a normal body must drink at least one liter of water per day. This will make sure all the unused and other toxic elements in the body are passed away. Not only that, to avoid difficulty while passing excreta, water is needed to be more on wavy we eat.

The colour of the urine will determine the amount of water you need to take into your body system. And it is very important to notice about this so that you will not cause you more than necessary water into your body system. Too much of water can also cause a damage in our body system.

I believe that water being lost during exhalation it's not really a point of concern because it is too small for it have impact in the body, most of the one we are losing due to sweat is what should be our main concern most especially in a sunny day
