To loose weight fast drink a lot of water and get hydrated it helps to loose weight faster.to loose weight eat enough food but while you eat you have to eat slowly for easy digestion of food.also eat enough fruits because it helps to make the body weight moderate.to loose weight don't take too much sugar it's not good for the body.also don't take too much junks it's not good because junks contain high sugar.dont take too much soda or drinks they have sugar which is not good for fat people.
