One thing I have observed in young people is the desire to be called a CEO. Some of us have brilliant ideas but we want to fund those ideas by ourselves. We abhor alliances and that is why some of our ideas die in our heads. Being able to save up to fund a business idea is draining. I think we should liaise with people that have like minds, create well-defined terms and pull funds together to start a business. With this method, the funds necessary for a start-up can easily be raised.
