As we know all know that our body is machine which works all the time . As machine require petrol for properly working as our body requires food in order to function properly.
But when the people take a lot of work from their body without feeding them properly then weakness cause in your body because deficiency of vitamin and nutrient occur in your body and you body will unable to work.
So ,food and balance diet is very important in order to maintain your body.
When people do a strick diet in order to reduce weight then due to the deficiency of fibers ,carbohydrates and nutrients they feel dizziness or weakness in their body which is not good at all because if it will severe then it leads to many health problems and issues.
Weekness cannot only cause die to lack of food but also use to stress,lack of sleep and after overcoming an illness.And if we will discuss the symptom of weekness then the main symptoms are tiredness, dizziness,fatigue and also lack of energy.
In order to reduce body weekness then we should use fruits and vegetables. Banana and apples proves helpful for this.Also we should take vitamins and supplements according to doctor guidelines.
