Ginger is one of the best spices for the treatment of various diseases. It can be used both in dry form and raw. It can be used also as blood thinner which can help the blood to move freely in the blood veins and nerves .Ginger can be use in our daily foods processing as spices, this is very important to apply it as daily needs,to help us relieve unwanted cholesterol in our blood stream . Ginger can be used to cure diseases like,arthritis,stroke,hypertension,high level of cholesterol, fat burn.All these diseases can be treated very easy by extracting water from the ginger and boil it very well and add lime juice, In order to preserve it. This is very effective method of treating some diseases as home remedy. This ginger can be serve as an additional ingredients to another medicines to serve as an additive actives ingredients for many herbal medicine preparation.
This spices can be mixed with natural honey to cure hypertension and stroke very easily. This can also recommended for those that has menstrual period.
