Sometimes the business organisation is definitely the right place to build long lasting friendships with all manner and categories of individuals, who may exist to you as co-employees and co-workmates. As an organisational employee or worker looking for ways to build new relationships and new friendship with core employees and workers, you need to communicate and interact with them. You must also note that your interaction and communication with them shouldn't only based on their private and personal lives as it may come off creepy and too inquisitive, but you can base the interaction and communication also on yourself, but not entirely on yourself as it may come off as being too proud or too pompous. However you should always switch the interaction points by making it to be based on the co-worker and also based on yourself, in other words, you should balance the communication equation.

Another possible way to regulate interaction and communication between you as an employee with other employees, is by seeking their help and also offering them help. Actions like this simply proves that you are not entirely perfect and you also accept the fact that some of them are better than you. Pride is definitely one of the negative factor that kills employees to employees relationship, if one employee behaves very presumptuous and prideful, he or she isn't approachable and understanding. And approachable an understanding individual, is always humble and most importantly gentle. Offering your co-employee and coworkers gifts and present possibly during festive season or their holiday can be a starting point for friendship.
