the greatest incidence of tuberculosis is in children however after the age of 5 years it's no longer produces much of the mortality and morbidity as in the smaller children the clinical features of tuberculosis and children are not specific as read by find in adults the features are outlined below include
General malaise and apathy
Loss of appetite
Loss of weight
Slight dry cough
and this tuberculosis causes a lot of complications to the health the infection affects virtually all the organs of the body like the brain which is called tuberculosis meaningtis and it also affects the kidney which is called haematuria and sterile pyuria it affect the abdomen as well which is called tuberculosis of the abdomen and also the bone which is called kyphosis but there are many ways that you can use to prevent this tuberculosis from happening like taking the BCG vaccine which is given to baby at birth it's produces chronic granuloma at the site of injection within six weeks the body thereby produces antibodies against this vaccine so it is always good for children to take the BCG vaccine so as to reduce the risk of them developing these tuberculosis because it destroys a lot of organs in the body

Thanks you for starting this post with us, it is quite informative and helpful. I could not agree more with you o this. Tuberculosis often called TB Bacillus is a contagious disease which is caused by a bacterium popularly called MYCOBACTERIUM. This diseases I'd deadly if proper care is not taken on time. One if the factor that made Tuberculosis dreadful Is that it can also attack some viral organs in the body such as brain, Kidneys, spine among others

TB is a communicable disease that can be transmitted through airborne, thus TB is an airborne disease. Research revealed that one of the factors that cause Tuberculosis is a bacteria called Mycobacterium tuberculosis. one of the thing that also makes this disease deadly and dreadful is that it can easily spread through the lymph nodes and bloodstream to any organ in human body.

Tuberculosis can also be spread through unprotected sneezing, cough among others, from someone that is already infected to an uninfected person.

Just like covid-19, tuberculosis can also be transmitted by coughing. So it is advised to always avoid crowded place or where there is no or low ventilation. Listed below are early symptoms if TB

Shortness of breath

Persistent coughing

There is loss of appetite

Sudden weight loss

Tiredness

Abnormal sweating most especially during the night

Feeling pains in the chest Etcetera.

Tuberculosis for short TB is a very dangerous infectious disease that mostly affects the lungs and other internal organs. it is a contagious disease that is spread through the tiny droplets released when an infected person coughs and sneezes, laughs or even sing. It is a communicable disease yet it's not easy to contact, if you have a healthy immune system, it can successfully fight against the bacteria of TB. Nevertheless, not everyone with TB is infectious. Children with TB or people with a TB infection that occurs outside the lungs do not spread the infection.

It can resist the drugs mostly used to treat the disease when it becomes serious, it is a deadly sickness. People with this ailment have to take different kinds of drugs to get rid of it.

The symptoms of tuberculosis differs, it depends solely on what area of your body is affected. If TB affects your joints, you may develop pain that feels like arthritis. If TB affects your bladder, it may hurt to go to the bathroom and there may be blood in your urine. TB of the spine can cause back pain and leg paralysis. TB of the brain can cause headaches and nausea. It can be treated with antibiotic drugs but Imy advice is to meet a qualified doctor for check up when symptoms are noticed and for . proper treatment.
