There are some foods and some things you should never do with the microwave oven and example is for baking and for frying, there are some circulating news on the internet most especially on YouTube about the dangers of microwave oven and certain food we should not cook with them ,you have to do proper research just before you embark on anything you will cook with a microwave, the best way is for people to try as much as possible to eat natural food. it is just the best,, a nutritionist may give you the best food combination.

Yeah the thing is to always go for veggie and fruits as much as you can to nourish the body. the body is just like the vehicle we have.bait sometimes needs high maintenance. And one of the good ways is through the food we eat. Eat more nutritious meals to give balance to the body
There are some parents that enjoy feeding their children with food like noodles and others, all these food are processed food with no vegetables content in the them and most parents may not even add up some vegetables, Food like this will really make their children to be extremely fat and this gives them a sense of satisfaction that they are treating the child correctly in terms of diet but little did they know that they are doing the child more harm than good because there is no way such nutrition are good for the children. It is very dangerous , we must avoid junk food at all cost because does not add anything to the body except disease and infection

I am not someone that enjoy frying food because as I understand it is not good for the body because the fat content in it can be dangerous, the best thing I am trying to do is to limit the amount of fat I take into my body system because when there is so much that the risk of developing heart disease may increase, most especially in older adults, I have come to understand that the best way to keep the body in good condition is to eat vegetable and this vegetable must be natural because those are the ones that are needed in the body.

You are very correct with what you said. Eating good meal is very good though it may not all that easy to maintain because of the cost some times .
Eating of the Can food is very bad and can damage the body system. So is better to be eating organic food; that is fresh food that is not missed with any chemical
You should not blame it on high cost of food production because your health is the most important thing, it is better for you to spend money and eat good quality and natural products than for you to eat food that are dangerous into your body system, when food are dangerous to the body it can increase the risk of an individual developing cancer or diabetes which will even be more expensive for you because you have to eat certain types of food and not just any food you see, prevention is always better than cure

Yeah the watchword here is eating natural food or almost natural foods most of the time so as to add a lot of nutrients to the foods. Deep frying and maybe baking should be restricted to few times to help the body functions effectively. It will help the body grow better

Yeah canned foods need to be avoided too because they are not healthy to the body. Eating more of organic foods is the best bet. More nutrients will be gotten from fresh foods than packed or chemical induced food. The body will function better with mostly naturally planted foods.

Well nothing good can be obtained without spending money on it. Sometimes you would need to pay a price to have a healthy life. So if one has the money spending it on quality food shouldn't be much of a problem. Some foods are blood tonic or medicine to the body

You are right a lot of farmers in the guise of wanting more crops become selfish and employ chemical to make the crops grow faster and this chemical become very toxic to the body. So eating organic food will help the body better.
You are right but getting organic food is not easy. Price of these are 2-3 time more, and these are also not easily available in market

So most of fruits and vegetable we are consuming are not good for our health. Organic fruits and vegetable are available but these are some more expensive so it is not possible for everyone to buy it. Like it milk is also adulterated.

Health is wealth and nothing can take that away from us. This is why you should insist on taking only healthy meals and the good thing is that you can make it healthier by just doing little things to enhance it.

The following ways can help you eat u healthier meals to live a fulfilled life

1. Learn to microwave or steam your veggies instead of boiling them to retain the nutrients in them

2. Buy fresh condiments for your meals and limit intake of processed or packaged ones to avoid introducing too much salt or shgar to your system.

3. Learn to enjoy more intake of lean meat to avoid taking too much of fat from other meat sources into the body

You are right the body always need the right proportion of nutrients to function just the way it should. The way to achieve this is by going for healthy options of food. Veggies and fruits which are raw and natural are a lot better. It will make your meals healthier

You are on point we are more of taste now then the nutrients that we can derived from food. This is why some people can't easily fight away diseases or some ailments because our immune system isn't excellently build due to lack of essential nutrients. Taking more of raw foods can really help .
You are right in these taste is first priorty of peoples. So they are using too much spices and other chemical. Fast food have too much salt and we know it that it is not good for our health. Children in these days not like to eat home made foods, they prefer pasta and pizza. Even they don't like to drink milk

Raw veggies and fruits are complete food and these have all nutrients which are must for us. But most of us prefer taste than nutrients. It is also fact that veggies and fruits which are available to us are not much healthy. Because farmers are using too much chemicals. So if possible we must be eat organic food.

I totally agree with your last statement. I think truthfully that the design from the beginning of the universe was for us to take raw foods especially the veggies and fruits but in man quest to have varieties all sort of unhealthy stuff were introduced but even at gbst we need to guided
