Beware of any kind of fraud calls that ask for your sensitive information pertaining to your money. This also holds true for Debit card.

If you believe that your card information has been compromised, then you must immediately call the bank to block the card.

It is very important to be protecting our credit card because one can be easily defrauded through it if care is not taking.
The main thing that those scammer or thief use to look for is that pass code at the back of the card in which if one should by mistake by giving it out may be bad.
The number at the back of or ry card is the last execution that most fraudstar used to look for.
Do not trust any body by given then your pass code or those number at the back of the card because they can use it against you.

Credit card and debit card frauds are so common and this is one of the reasons why I have chose not to use cards. Unfortunately, the usage of credit cards is so common that it became one of the main targets of scammers. Something that becomes too common is often misused by people and the issue of credit cards and debit cards is the same. This is why I use reliable online payment processors instead of using cards for payments.

Debit card should not even be collected except there is much awareness and enlightenment on how to use it. I have seen many people asking for help while trying to use their debit card at the ATM gallery. This is nothing but exposure of one's details to stranger who can easily use the opportunity to swap the card or even do other fraud

One simple way to protect our credit card is to decline marketing promotions or calls. The caller will surely ask for sensitive information for the purpose of verifying your identity. Credit card companies send promotional offers through emails or statements of account. If you want to avail yourself of an offer, you can call their hotline.

Avoid using your cards in unfamiliar establishments. When you hand the card over to the store staff, that gives a window for the staff to collect card information that can be used to purchase items on your behalf. The cards issuers themselves implement safeguards to help protect their cardholders' funds or credit limits so make use of them or cite them when you file disputes.
