The symptoms of menopause in women. Menopause occur when the menstrual period stopped. This normally happen to a woman at the age of 40 to 50 years of age. This can be diagnosed very well before accepting it as menopause. When menstral period stopped, they believe it is an infection or miscarriage not knowing that it is menopause. The sign of menopause.
When it is time for menopause to start in a woman, these symptoms can be detected, they are stomach pains and high blood pressure. This is very common symptoms even when the menstruation is on. Some women accepted their faith to become a grandmother instead of bearing children again and some become midwife to take care of their community instead of having children at that age. This is very important steps to take when they perceive such symptoms they need to see gynaecology doctor to take care of them and diagnosing them so as to confirm whether it is menopause or miscarriage. This is very important symptom of this menopause to be taken into consideration, this is swollen stomach and body weight gain. You need to consult doctor immediately you perceive this symptom.

This is what I have noticed in our environments nowadays. Women's problems are more numerous than men's in terms of diseases and how to take care of them. That is why, if you want to have peace of mind, you need to take care of the woman, so that she will have sound health and be able to take care of their children and husband as well. The problems that they are facing day in and day out need much discussion and finding a solution to them to give them a happy life.

Menopause is a natural part of aging. It isn't treatable, but it is manageable. Women who experience it typically have to cope with several unpleasant symptoms including hot flashes, night sweats, mood swings, weight gain and depression.

* Hot flashes: Feelings of heat, flushing and sweating; typically last 30-60 seconds

* Night sweats: Perspiration while sleeping; covers the whole body and is not related to temperature

* Mood swings: Feeling anxious/irritable or experiencing crying jags

* Weight gain: Putting on 5 lbs per year for 10 years after menopause starts

* Depression: Feeling sad/down for most of the day for two weeks straight

To manage your menopause symptoms, you need to see your doctor, majority of women learn to live with it. Some make use of herbs not known to me as of the time of writing this post.
