The forex market as being in existence since 1970. It's a market place where different countries trade its currencies. Almost 2 trillion dollars are traded in forex daily. forex market are traded by government, banks and financial institutions . Forex is more liquid, what was traded on forex can be liquidated quickly. It takes place worldwide, as one market closes in a country and market opens in another country. You can trade on currency of choice in the forex market

Stock market deals with the buying and selling of shares. It often traded within the country . The stock market have opening and closing ours . It closes on weekends and whenever the banks are on holiday. It doesn't accept all currency, it only traded on the country's currency

That's exactly the difference , because forex is actually more focused on currencies tradings ,like usd ,gbp and others ,while the stock market is more focused on shares and stocks which investors actually invest on to make more gain from the market , the most important thing to note is that most have a volatile market
