Some business owners today that own , control , and manage huge financial business institutions today and other commercial enterprises or organisations usually have the attitude or the behaviour of showing or exhibiting pride . there is a kind of pride that is suitable for business and there is another type of pride that is never suitable for a business . A business owner can develop pride towards some achievements he or she has achieved in the course of running his or her business such pride is called proper pride . But the pride that makes you feel overconfident in yourself , and also making you feel most important and way more better than other persons within or outside your business organisation , is the kind of pride not suitable for a business welfare .

Being over confident as a result of pride , towards your business blinds your eyes from seeing your ideas and decision as failures , because you think that you are too great at everything , and also will not need the help of anyone to make proper and accurate business decisions and choices . Whatever the case may be , improper pride towards business activities and practices or towards business dealings and doings should be in all ramification avoided , so as to enable the peace flowing of business practice .

Pride is one of the most highly-valued traits a human being can possess. It's what helps us to value ourselves and see our own worth. In the workplace, pride is a great motivator, because it pushes us to do better and provides us with the drive to keep going.

But pride also has its downsides, and too much of it can be detrimental to your business. A team that is too proud will resist change. Prideful employees will refuse to admit they're not perfect, which can prevent them from growing or improving themselves. Prideful people are also less likely to seek help when they need it, which can cause problems down the road if they make mistakes they could have avoided by taking advantage of someone else's expertise. This is especially problematic in business, where it's important for employees to know their place and act appropriately in order to succeed as a team.

This is why understanding the difference between arrogance and pride is so important. Arrogance is excessive pride that causes an individual or group to think that they are superior to others in some way. This kind of thinking often leads people into situations where they don't belong, which can be disastrous for everyone involved especially if such situations are work-related.

There is literally no way that pride helps a business to grow that is why it is advised that members that makes up a business organisation do not show any form of pride attitude because that will just come off as being too pompous and to considering yourself as important to others . When an employee shows some sort of prideness in him or herself that particular employee or staff begin to see himself as important and way more prestigious than others and also he made to some extent fail to recognise and abide by the business rules and regulations and he may also to some extent fail to exhibit some some good and respectable qualities that I expected and needed by a good and motivated business employee .

And also on the part of the employer when an employee shows pride he or she would not take the advice and decision-making given to him by his employees or possibly members of the public that includes his customers and clients . Show me the quality of pride absolutely harm ourselves and also our business , so it's advised to choose such quality away because the repercussions are so negative .
