No matter your capital base in starting/running a business, if you don't sit down to strategize on every operation of your business, you are bound to fail. I see businessmen wake up and in a twinkle of an eye, they have effected a change or expansion in their business, without recourse to possible setbacks and strategies to tackle them. Sooner or later, they would come crashing. If possible, document in writing every step you want to take in your business. Explore that move wholly, look for possible points of failure, and draw up strategies to tackle them in case they happen. Business is not for rash people. It is for deep and careful thinkers.
