Water has a lot of benefits that it does to our health without water we can't survive because water is used for so many things in the body like helping to aid digestion faster and also for dehydration and water also helps in maintaining good health so we should always drink enough water

Yes and I also i understand that taking of cold water may not really be the best for the body system that it is always advisable that way take normal water of room temperature.

The importance of water to one healthy living can never b over emphasised as it is an essential constituent of our body system that makes it possible for us to function like we do , and any this that stops or reduces our water level won't be helpful, but cause us to be in a situation where our kidneys would be harmed. Water is life.
Water is the major component of the body system. It is a vital instrument in the creation of man. It prevents dehydration and helps to strengthen our muscles , joints and also helps to maintain the brain balance. All parts.of our body needs adequate water and not only the kidneys. Once all our body is well lubricated, it improves our health.

Water is valuable to human life, even without water no human being can survive. Water regulates the body temperature and also excretes unwanted materials from the body. Water also aid easy digestion of the foods we consume on daily basis.

You can survive without food but I don't think you survive without water. Water is a necessity to the body.

This reminds me of the time when our family doctor said that I am dehydrated. There was no symptom but his diagnosis was based on the result of my urinalysis. The prescription is to drink half a glass of water every 30 minutes. That is much better than drinking a glass of water every hour. Water is essential to our body so we should always drink as often as we can.
Water is a very essential substance that we cannot do without. Water is life personified. It's always good to seek for health assistance whenever we feel a sign of dehydration because it will be detrimental to ones health. It's good to drink water as much as we can to maintain a good health.

Water itself is life and in it is were our survival lies biologically. There are so many essential minerals in water, these minerals are needed for all animals survival
Sure, water isn't considered as normal substance, it is the life we drink in. That's why it is tasteless, odourless, colourless just pure, that's why their is no limit to take in water in the body system. Our 70% survival when it comes to liquid substances we take in, water contributes to it. We need water for everyday life, it helps in excretion and circulation too.
