First of all let see the meaning if a what the business organization is all about, business organization is an enterprise set up by an individual or group of individuals or even the government or its agencies with no other purposes but to create profit along with goods and services in order to satisfy human want.
An another to consider is that all business organizations either small or large, irrespective of the ownership and structure, have one thing in common they provide goods and services in order to satisfy other people want and needs.

Private enterprises :
Private enterprises here are the enterprise owned and managed by private individuals. This types of businesses organization is usually classified as private sectors enterprise and examples of such private enterprises include :sole proprietorship, partnership, private and public limited etc
Public enterprise :
This is another type of business organization and they are owned and manage and also controlled by the government. And these business organization are owned by either the local, state PR federal government and their major objectives is to provide social services to the people they are governing.
