Here are the four main way of Sexual Transmitted Infections management:

1. Counselling
-The health worker should emphasize with his or her patient and put herself in the patient place.
-Dialogue with the patient and discuss the other 3C's.
- Should offer testing and counseling services.

2. Compliance
-Your patient should avoid self medication and take the full course of medication and not share to anyone or keep it.
-Make sure the patient follows all your instructions.

3. Condoms
-Ensure proper condom use if it is only alternative to abstinence.
-Give condoms to your patient and explain to them the proper use of condoms.

4. Contact Rx
-your patient should tell all his or her Sexual partners to seek medication.

Abstaining from sexual activities can actually help you because I consider that as one of the best remedy that can help And prevent you from getting sexually transmitted disease .even with the use of condom some sexually transmitted disease such as genital herps and wart can still be transmitted .that is why abstinence is the best .
