'Student life' what comes to your mind?student life is one of the most memorable phase. The phase of students life build the foundation of their life. However, I can offer some tips and advice on how to stay safe and healthy during your student life:

Eat a healthy diet: Eating a healthy and balanced diet is crucial for your overall health and well-being. Make sure to include plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins in your diet.
