Even with all these tips, a business must instill the culture of resilience within the nucleus of the business and it's existence. The business owner and the top management of the business should show resilience in their everyday doings. How? Challenges would always come in business, and the way the business leadership handles the problem and conducts itself would instill a culture of resilience.

Improvisation is one quality that depicts resilience at the highest level. When things are not at optimum, you think a way through to still achieve the desired goal. That's a culture of resilience that can propel business growth.
