Patience they say is a great virtue and I ultimately agree although everything should have a limit. In business, setting or starting the business from the scratch is always a major challenge because of trying to make the business rooted and also drawing the attention of customers. The business ecosystem is highly competitive and the way to stand is by providing; quality, creativity and innovation in business. As new business owners, there is always this adrenaline of optimism and enthusiasm to maximize sales within a day or probably a week but the reality is that, the whole business criteria takes different stages or processes, which can be slow or at the medium rate.

The stage of setting up the business, providing quality consistently to attract customers and also beat competition, the stage of devising means, strategies and techniques to ensure customer retention is all involved in the stages of having a successful business and it practically requires a great level of business. This is the more reason it is not very advisable to set up a new business with a loan, because when the process is slow, it becomes a heavy thorn on his flesh and that of the business.

The primary concern when starting any business is financial. The entrepreneur must have a solid idea of how much money is needed to start the company. If this is not done correctly, then investors will be reluctant to invest and the project may fail before it even begins. Potential investors are cautious due to the high risk involved in new companies.

As the founder, you need to make sure that there is a solid plan in place. If you want to make money and build a successful business, you should also consideration should be the customer. What are their needs? What do they want? That sounds simple, but it's ignored far too often. Customers are not usually aware of how indispensable their needs really are.

Starting a small business is an exciting and challenging experience. Fortunately, there are plenty of resources to help you make wise decisions, avoid rookie mistakes, and most importantly, realize your dream of becoming an entrepreneur.
Lastly, I would say, aside from money which a lot of persons have for a startup, one should think about how to get customers, I don't think anybody brought that from heaven. You must define strategy to entice and get your customers to patronize you.

I absolutely agree with the thread starter. In the quest of making money either online or offline especially at the cradle stage or growing state the process might be relatively slow and this in fact does not fathom that something is not being done right. It is just the first phase of sustainability or success of a business as there is no business that is not involved with his own challenges. Each passing day, it is the duty of the business owner to put strategic and creative ideas in place. The business plan before the point of setting up a business must have feasible structures in place to make the process more accessible to potential customers.

In some cases, there are business which the initial or growing stage tends to draw the attention of lot of customers and the business owner might feel so relaxed with the hopes he or she has succeeded in customer retention, not until someone else sets up the same business but in an innovative and creative way. I'm every business, there must be competition and anyone or a business owner who is unwilling to follow the trend would be left behind with his dormant business.

In most cases , this is what so many people have failed to understand because they just believe that a business is something they can just engage into and within a short period of time they are able to make profit and travel out or enjoy their life . But this is not the most important thing at the Earliest startup of any business.

There are so many steps every business are to take before your business is capable of generating consistent profit and you have to be with your business during this period of time.

Abandoning your business just because of so many challenge is an insult to the business because that is not the best way to deal with challenges and failures . you should look for a way to make sure you amends those ways and move on with your business most especially when you have reseach on the business you are establishing . No matter how Long ,the business will be profitable.

Sometimes a lot of people might not engage in any research before starting up a business to really understand what is needed in the location. They just went ahead and start up a business . Such business are not likely to be successful even if you have to be patient.
