In some countries, most middle class families have one or more maidservant for doing the household work like cooking, cleaning. It is often difficult to find a reliable maidservant, since the maidservant can easily steal items or create problems at home. So many people are searching for a maidservant and most of the maidservant agencies are getting requests for more than 50 maidservants in a day. The agency supplying the maidservant is usually charging one months salary from the family who hires the maidservant, so they can make a good profit. Many women from poor families are interested in making some money, so they prefer to work as maidservants and make more money than people working online. In your country, is running a maidservant agency very lucrative?

Here are the steps to legally start a maidservant agency.
Step 1: Register with the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE). You will need to register with the DOLE if you want to hire domestic workers and provide them with medical benefits.

Step 2: Obtain a business permit from the city or municipality. The business permit is required in order to operate your maid agency.

Step 3: Open your bank account and deposit money into it so that you can pay your employees' salaries and other expenses related to running the business.

Step 4: Submit an application for an Employer Identification Certificate (EIC) in order to conduct business activities legally as a registered employer.

Step 5: If needed, apply for an Occupational Tax Identification Number (OTIN) so that you can collect taxes from your employees and deduct these same amounts from their salaries before paying them out each month. However, this might depend on the country you live.
