While I was growing up being an African, the age of computer was coming and a lot of people were enrolling into various computer training programmes, and getting the necessary knowledge to handle and operate the computer well and professionally. Apart from that we have a lot of graduates who have the credentials for computer manipulation and operation. With the scarcity in government jobs and the increase in joblessness there is a quick business anyone with good computer skills can engage in and make good money and if well managed can even become a source of passive income for the person
Opening a business centre is very nice idea and though a lot of things are done online there are still some basic things that need to be done on the computer system and in a continent like Africa, 60% of the population may not possess a personal computer and therefore need a commercial computer to use. Moreso a computer business centre also has the tools for printing out which not all may be majority of homes which have personal computers do not have. Therefore we see that the computer business is a very credible business and from there we will see how to start up a computer business centre
First of all you must know what services you will wish to offer. It may range from typing, printing, binding, cover design, invitation card designing, browsing among others. Then you will have to purchase the necessary tools that are needed for doing that which may include the printer, monitor and accessory equipments etc. Find a shoo and market it to attract many patronage.
Now as the business grows you may need to employ persons who will help you in running it and as time goes by you may leave it to them and start something else and that becomes a source of passive income.

Starting a computer business center in Nigeria specifically for the purpose of getting into the computer business. This would be a one stop computer centre where you can invest, buy and sell options, update your system's components and get advice from our technical support professionals. In order to achieve your goal, you will have to come up with a strategic plan for marketing as well as maintaining a sales month for every year that you decide to continue with it. The first thing you need to do is understand the market. The computer industry in Nigeria is still far behind the US, Europe and Asia.
One of the things you can do for marketing is to contact a neighbourhood newspaper in your local area and describe what you would like to offer to customers. You will get some good leads from this as well as from local newspapers and other media outlets too. You'll also find that a lot of people are willing to pay for technical support especially if they have been using computers for a long time but never understood how it or the components work together.

You can also spend some money on advertising via classifieds ads, newspapers and television commercials both locally and nationally.

Thanks for your contribution you have said much and added points on what the thread tried to discuss.
Specifically picking the fact that you can get technical support and support in any other aspects is what caught my attention.
You may even be able to get skills on computer repairs and you will also function as a system repaired which is another good way to make your business affect many things.
I personally know of a guy who uses a single computer business centre for the normal business centre work and at the same time uses the place as a studio for music production though the rooms are demarcated. He as well repairs system, and other electronic gadgets such as mixers, amplifiers, speakers etc.
There are many ways to make good use of your earned skills in a computer business centre and you can as well get help because others can attract more patronage to you.
