Starting a business and managing it: which is more difficult?

A lot of people just talk about owning a business, not knowing that it comes with a lot of responsibilities which only a few of them are willing to take.
This is why you see a lot of businesses close after a short while they started, mainly because of improper management by the business owners. It seems a lot do not bother to know what the business really entails before venturing into it, that's why they give up easily when faced with challenges.

Having said all these, which do you think presents a lot of challenges: starting a new business or managing it after successfully starting. Many people are complaining about lack of money to start, while we still see those who started run into losses shortly after the started. What do you think?

Starting a new business and managing it properly after it has been established are both very important because if the plans and strategies that was developed to bring the business to life is not well followed, it might bring about the collapse of the business.

In every thing that we do, starting is usually the hardest part because it's what determines if the business will be successful or not, and any business that started in the right direction stands better chance of succeeding than the one that didn't start properly.

Starting a business it's not hard but it is easy compared to managing the business. Provided you have the right idea and you've a good strategy and a plan on how you are going to run your business that's enough through your business plan you can generate funds from family, friends, loan, and even from other organisations. Moreover you can start with your own savings but what are the outcomes after starting the business?

Management of the business becomes a bit tuff so with the right skills and knowledge you can run the business without any failure. But any slight mistake can cause your business to collapse or be at risk. Therefore before starting any business make sure you have the right information about how you are going to run your business.

Starting a business is hard, managing it well is harder. Once you start a business you are just starting out your journey. You will have to expend a lot of time, energy and resources before you can make the business successful. It is one thing to have an idea, it is another to know how to execute it Don't just have an idea, know how you will always implement the idea. This is the sole reason why businesses don't stand the test of time, the owners don't know how to source for new ideas and implement them for the progress of their business.

Business is the medium of setting up something as a means of bringing in cash or money as a means of making extra income or profit making.

Starting a business is not an easy task because to start a business is a risk and anything can affect the money you put in as your capital.

Whereas to manage a business is far better than starting a business because business is a risk and anything can happen to the money you use to start the business.

To me both are important starting of a business is difficult because you have to think of the type of business to start and in deciding on the type of business to start it involves a lot of research and to know the one to go into require you to some market research and also do some findings about the customers want in order to know the type of business to go into. Managing the business is also difficult because you must manage the business in order to make the targeted profit.

I think starting a business is more difficult than managing a business because when you start a business you need to have capital to start it and some people don't have the capital to start so they going to borrow or take loans from Bank. Any way it depends people might prefer starting a business so they can get all the profit to themselves.

Both are difficult to do, starting a business requires some process you will have to go through before your business starts functioning, most of these processes are first before you start a business you need to have an idea or orientation of the kind of business you want to established after that you need to get capital because without this there won't be any business, then after that you need to get few co workers to help with your business and also you need to register your business name too. After all these process then comes managing the business so it won't go bankrupt or crumble and that will requires you to get more clients and more contracts which is not also easy to come by. So both are difficult process but I believe starting up a business is harder because if you can start how then will you manage.

The fact is that none of them is really easy to handle. Starting a business demands one to work towards putting all the necessary measures that will help promote the business ,and managing a business demands one to be able to take all the necessary measures that will help keep the business growing.

As for me , I will prefer to start a business ,so that I can be able to arrange the business the way I want. Most times when managing an exsiting business , one have to follow the trend the business has been in ,less he end up losing a lot from it.

Managing a business is definitely harder than starting up. In making a start up you have the benefit of time that you can do the business plan particularly with the requirements like the capital, the place of business and other salient elements in the business such as the suppliers and the market base. Once you have made the start up there is already the organization chart or table of organization that shows the positions and the staff. With managing there are the potential problems particularly the unforeseen problems that you have not anticipated. That will make the managing more difficult.

Managing a business is the most difficult step to take in the line of a company or business
To manage a business is not just any kind of stuff to do or carry out.

There is no simple answer to this question as it depends on a variety of factors, including the type of business, the location, the size of the company, and the level of experience of the owner. However, there are a few general things that can be said about the difficulty of starting and running a business. One of the biggest challenges faced by new businesses is securing funding. This can be difficult to do, especially in the early stages when the company is still unproven. Another challenge is building a customer base and generating sales. This can be difficult if the product or service is not well known or just showed up in the market.
