Well, in my own case, watching movies for me is not my way of relaxing. In fact, when am watching movies I will stay awake for a long time. But if I am reading, I will sleep as Early as possible. I get to sleep as quick as possible when am reading than when am watching movies. I can also relax while playing music too.

Whenever I would be stressed at work what I usually do is to have my feet massaged while reading something that is interesting to me. It is not much but it relieves me of the stress that would linger until morning. With the foot massage I would wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the daily grind.

Those are very good tips to relax the mind and have a good sleep. For me, listening to music during such times just relaxes me and I can sleep. I also love journaling, especially during stressful times. It cuts the cycle of my overthinking, makes mr come up with a solution and that is so relaxing.

Yes I agree music helps in relaxing and free up our mind. I feel so relieved and calmed after I listen to any music of my choice and also get sleep early. I also have long conversations with my old and close friends to relieve myself from stress and spend a worth time talking to them especially during the weekends.

Most times if I am able to identify the reason why I am so worried ,it will even be easier for me to free up my mind because at least I understand the reason and even if I take a step forward I will able to see the solution to my problem, this can also help a lot of people who might be worried about certain things in their life.
