Women have doubled the rate of anxiety disorder than Men. People who often suffer from mental health conditions along with their (anxiety disorder) . The most common mental health illnesses goes along side with anxiety is actually depression. So, people who suffer from depression often have anxiety and people who suffer from anxiety often have depression. So they pretty much go hand in hand. Of course that is not for every single case, but majority suffer from both of them.

General Anxiety Disorder (GAD) - This is the main anxiety disorder that people suffer from which are
1. Panic Disorder
2. Social Anxiety Disorder
3. Panic Attacks
And that's when people become anxious in social.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder- The feeling and the making everything into perfect order which is what we call " perfectionist" This obsessions comes from your mind which inturn makes you do impulsions e.g too much cleaning, like everything has to always be clean all the time in the house 24/7

The one way to help control your anxiety is to make appointment with your local GP if you haven't don't that already. They will probably give you medication or more than likely send you to a talking therapy sessions, whether individual session or group sessions. Which the combination of the two will greatly help control and coordinate your mind to stop obsessive disorder.

Anxiety goes along with depression, as you have said, I think most anxious people or depressed are sometimes very easy to be recognized. Most times you see them fidgeting their hands in public, shaking their legs, looking down most times, shaking while talking etc.....But we have some who can hide their anxieties and depression. They fit all time! I mean like they have double character, they are depressed but when they are amongst people you can never know they are, they might even seem the most joyful or playful.....They also have anxieties but you can't see them to be, maybe because they are too courageous.

We all have gone through depression at one point in our lives, and I can confess that I am that type of a person that is two sided. You will never know what I am going through as I tend to flirt alot with people and being playful. But one thing that I did yo heal my depression was meditation. I did not go to any therapy or use any medications. I just simply meditated and heal all my dark sides which is what we call shadow work. Everybody has gone through depression and it's a part and stage of life that we must go through and come out on the other side stronger and lesson learnt.

You are right because a lot of times we go through things that we are not aware of especially rare stuff like this without knowing the symptoms. Being anxious come with it own after effect which is detrimental to the body. This is why we need to be calming down when it comes to issues we are going through in life. We need to understand that nothing last forever and so leave out being anxious for nothing

But remember there are those who cannot be able to control their emotions and the thoughts, what I mean is that their thoughts and emotions are not in the same alignment which creates alot of anxiety for them. Anxiety can be caused by lack of inner emotional balance and of course depression like I said. At this time the thoughts and feels are not coordinating well hence the people who have panick attack experience this imbalance alot.

I understand all you have written but the fact still remains that people needs to keep their emotions in check to help with anxious situations. The truth is no situation last forever when we know this we will have peace. Well, the symptoms you have mentioned are valid people need to know this.
