Selling of building materials could really be a lucrative business but this will strictly depend on the location , if you are locating this business in a location that is highly populated I believe the possibility of making money with this business Will Be higher compared to a lonely or unpopulated location.

I have come across a business man who seated this type of a business in a location nearer to growing estate and the person is really making a lot of sells because people who are interested in buying the building materials will always patronize him because the location is nearer to where the demand for this product is there.

I know every business have their own unique strategy that you are to learn and understand before you can even think of making profit with it , but concerning this type of business I believe it is something a person can be able to start if the required money is available because base on my research about selling of building materials here you might need a lot of money to start it up to make it a full business.

But what if I may ask , if a person is really interested to engage in this business , do you really think this business will be profitable in your location ?

The hardware store is the seller of construction materials in our country. You need a big space not only for the warehouse to store your products but also a space on the ground for the gravel and sand. A hardware store is a big investment that would require a capitalization of not less than $100,000 which is really huge. In the operation of the business you need a delivery truck (or trucks) for your clients when they order sand, cement, lumber and other big items from your store. Think of the manpower that you need aside from the truck driver. There should be someone who would carry the cement and heavy items from the storage to the truck and also from the truck to the customer's site. If you think selling construction materials is a good business then I would agree that it is profitable but it is not easy to operate.

It can be very lucrative yes,but profitable.
I have seen so many people selling building materials and doing well in life .the have houses cars and lot more .
It really something or business I can recommend to some one to start if he or she as the capital.y I am say this .this is it.
look around I will see that no matter the high cost of cement people are still building . irrespective of the high cost of living.so it is base on location, recommendations and your cost of material.if u also look at it u will notice that when person buy a building materials it is always in bulk.the business it very profitable for those who do it .

I have witness somany people venturing into business they do not have a slight knowledge about and sometimes they become lucky and the business eventually turns out to be the right business for them, and I have also, these categories of people who have made such attempts and succeeded are very slim as compared to those who venture into business without have a proper background check. Many of such people are telling their better stories today, as they later realised their errors and they continue to live in regrets because they didnt do their home work very well be for making such an attempt.

People who naturally succeeds in business many of the times are those who make a very cautious effort to make good plams and set proper amd workable road maps and targets. It becomes difficult for such categories of investors to fail because thry hand prepared all the safety nets and made plans for enough resistance in the case of a major blow or challenges like that of the global pandemic.

Having a building material business is very awesome but we must also have it at the back of our minds that we need the knowledge of how the business is been managed.

Yes, selling of building materials is a lucrative kind of business, which anyone can get in provided that the entrepreneur knows about the business. It isn't be a business we rushed into, we simply need to study the right building materials that will attract the minds of buyer based on their own arrangement. The location should be considered since we are dealing in an offline mode of business, in order to get targeted people and bring more sales. The more the targeted customers are discovered the better the sales. Operating Ina low populated area wouldn't bring more of the customers especially in this kind of business that requires customers and a location that is on development.

You are right. Hardware stores are also one of the best way to make money because many people nowadays are building house and before you can build a house you need to buy from a hardware shop. Many business tycoons own hardware stores which generate them income. Yes is good way to become millionaire.

Selling of building materials is actually a very lucrative business although this venture is highly capital-intensive and it requires a strategic location. For instance, if you setup a building company or shop in rural areas where there is actually no development and their occupants or inhabitants are use to thatch or mud houses, then you would obviously run into losses. It is pertinent to prioritize location of a business in a plan because the location would determine how well or how low you would maximize profits or incur losses.

Building materials is very lucrative no matter the economic crisis or inflation state of the country, this is because the materials would be increased as the economy is inflating which would not be palatable to the buyers. It is always also strategic to situate this business in an location that is still developing, in that, houses are yet to be built on the available lands, there is full assurance that your company would always be patronized because the distance is close and also if you sell quality and durable materials for building. You can even get recommendations to become a supplier for upcoming companies and you would sign a contract which would boost your business line.
