An interview was conducted with the owner of the McDonald's and KFC chicken fast food restaurant back in the year 2013 , and according to them , they almost said the same thing which is considered to be the key why their business get so popular and so broad in branches .

What they said was totally based on the management of the business and how important it is for the business owner to remain organised . For a business owner to successfully manage his or her business , he or she must totally remained organised and by the word organised what we mean is that he or she must totally keep track of his or her business transaction so that at the end of a particular working month or year he can definitely and adequately be able determine whether the business made a whole lot of loss or a whole lot of profit during the past working here a month . Reinvestment is also a key to building or growing a successful , prosperous , and profitable business as well .

it is never easy in the business terrain where you have competitions inflation's and sometimes bad reviews from customers that you have to deal with. but a good business minded person will not have to dwell on the negative what do you need to is to tackle the problems as the arises.

The thing people should know is that life is not a bed of roses and this includes even our different businesses so it is up to people to try as much as they can to tackle problems and issues confronting their businesses and by so doing they will be able to keep the business afloat for a very long time.

There aren't much business that are up to a decade, those that do, are basically the best in the market, except they don't have competition, to stay in an industry for a decade, you have to be innovative, there are companies that are upto a decade but mostly are irrelevant.

I think of Apple, they've been around for a decade and they are still on top, because they are innovative and they know how to serve their customers only the best, if they are not innovative, the likes of Samsung would have taken their spot, another reason is putting profit first.

No matter how promising a business is, you have to make profits to stay in the game, and profits should grow exponentially or at least linearly, If not, cost of operation will gulp the profit and the company will be bankrupt in no time, so for me, Innovation and Profitability is at the fore front.
