This means that data is being consumed indirectly and you would be spending more money on data, you can start saving this money by turning these background apps off.

You just go into the settings of the phone, straight to the Cellular Data Usage and click on background App of each of them to turn them off . The apps will stop running in the background and also stop draining your data to stop you from buying data all the time and money is saved.
