Attitude is the clew to the success of employees and business. When a person is punctual and hard-working the person has had a right attitude to work. It is expected from the employees to work professionally so as to help business in achieving its aims and objectives. Employees should ensure that his attitude contribute positively to business in terms of operations. A business fails to succeed when employees have wrong attitude to work such as procrastination, lateness, abuse of company's assets, bad relationship with other counterparts and customers. Having right attitude can be termed as positive attitude at work which obviously means carrying out one's work with dedication and seriousness. However, right attitude to work has a reward for employees and business such as, development and growths better reputation, higher productivity and recognition.
