Some of the times over working of employees could be a very bad omen for employees growth and development. That is why some companies issue leave to various employees in other for them to go back home or possibly take a vacation so as to revive themselves. There is nothing as good as a point where a person pauses, relaxes for a while and starts over again. When the person restarts, the person starts with so much strength and vibe because the person has been refreshed. That's what a leave does to every staff of a company. It is important to grant your staff annual leave.

I go back to work with renewed strength when I come back from a leave. Burnout is very real. People actually burn out from too much work and no chance to catch a breath. A leave gives that chance to catch a breath.

It is absolutely a bad idea to overwork employees and workers in a business organisation and one of the effective ways to make sure that your employees and workers return energy as well as return the motivation in achieving more business goals and objectives is by issuing leaves to them.
